disease of my wife (myasthenia gravis)

i'm sending you all about her disease from beginning until now.

my wife is about 30 years old now.
her disease began on "Oct- 2006" with difficulty of speaking, double vision and weakness of left hand arm.
after distinction of disease on "Mar-2007" the thymus gland is removed by surgery on "Jul-2007".
doctors told that she will be better but..

before surgery she took 2 pills(mestinon 60mg) a day,after surgery 3 pills and now she must take 5 pills in 24 hours and i do'nt know what will happen at future.
please help me if is there any other way or other different medicine or care...
