what is the best medication for an adult with ADHD?

I am looking for a medication with low side efects, and the least future risks. can someone recomend something?? thank you

If it is a diagnosed condition, please be advised by your medical caregiver. Make sure you tell them anything else you are taking. Do not purchase over the counter products and self medicate. Check your diet to make sure you are getting proper nutritional requirments. Regards Maraika
