Living with ALS for over 10 years

My sister was diagnosed with ALS in 1995/1996. She is still alive and living her life day by day. Although she relys on her aids for help I believe her will to live was due to her children ages 3 and 5. She has a positive attitude and has an exceptional attitude on life.
I commend her and hope that someday there will be help for her and others.
