ALS twitchingWhat does the twitching actually look like in ALS patients?
Lately, when I am sitting down, my toes may twitch, or my torso, or my ankle, etc. I twitch any where from 4 to 10 times per day in total, but it is kind of scary, as I read that ALS causes twitching. I also noticed that if I bend my toes forward, then bend them back, my big toe on my right seems to come back after my other toes - as though some muscle is affected. Other than this, I have no muscle weakness, etc. I am a 16 year old male, so I realize that getting ALS is an infintesimal chance, but, nontheless, there is a chance:( Should I worry like I always do?
