For the last fifteen years I have had headaches,leftside weakness, nervepains in my left leg, numbness, tingling, twitching in my left thumb,and lowerback pain. I also have alot of weakness in my leg and cannot sittup or be on my feet for a long periods of time. The syptoms flare up for a few months and then they go into remission. When it first happend the doctors said it was a tia,and when it happend again they said it was a tia or possible signs of ms They still have not been able to make a diagnosis. I have just went through a series of blood work, mri's and evrything came back ok.The doctor has not been able to perform an emg on me because of the pain that I am already feeling.They also did a spinal tap that came back ok. The docor still thinks it could be ms.Is that possible,even though none of the test shows signs of ms She has given up on me and released me back to my doctor, so I do not know what else to do. It keeps me very depressed feeling like this, because I cannot work,and may end up losing my job and health insurance because of this. Does it make any sense to go to another Neurologist since she already did all these test?

The symptoms you are describing are ALS when under stress. I would suggest you look around this forum under all the subject to get a better picture of what else you may have experienced.
