epidural injection

Post a new topicby ledfoot02 on Sun Mar 01, 2009 1:07 am

Here is my question
I'm going for a injection on Monday (03/02/2009) ,I'm a heavy to light Auto repair guy no one can give me a answer
if I could go back to my everyday job mind you I lift on Est. of 20 to 40 tires a day if I'm not removing a engine or tranny, This is bad for me all of this over a rear end collision. There doing the injection on the L5-S1 Disk as this one showed annular tear in the annuluas,

Please can someone give me a hint if I could return to my normal job or is this just a temp. fix so in say like a few years my back is shot, I'm a 39yo male and never had a back problem I even wear a back brace at work , because I know how important it is, and my luck I was rear ended going to work

thanks
Eddie

Hey Eddy

Those injections are only a quick fix - been there done that and I think they make things worse!! The thing the helped me was my back stimulator!!

How did you make out after your injection?
