What pain meds work for you and at what dosage?

Post a new topicby Walkin Girl on Thu Jan 15, 2009 4:42 pm

All, I have degenerative disk disease as well as osteoarthritis and a soft tissue/muscle injury from long ago making my lower back very painful. Add to that Morton's neuroma (foot pain) and you have a pain-generating cycle that is sometimes depressing. I am taking Norco (10 hydrocodone/325 APAP) 3 times a day, and it works, but doesn't last long enough. I'd like to know what others of you out there with chronic pain are taking and what works best for you. Oh, and I also take 220 mg naproxen sodium each day. Thanks for your input in advance. - Walkin Girl
