Bell's Palsy

I’m 28, I had my first Bell’s Palsy attack when I was a little girl (age 9) and another attack in high school. During those times the attacks were intense severe pain it felt like my head was getting run over by a truck. When I hit my early 20’s it was more like a stiff kneck, ringing in the ear from the nerve swelling and headaches.

How are you doing, it has been 3 weeks since your post. Are you improving, did you try the accupuncture? I am 31 and just diagnosed today with BP. It is the strangest feeling just waking up not being able to move your face well. Let us know how you are please!
