Headaches and Facial Paralyses

On February 12,2001 I was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsey within 2 weeks the diognosis changed to bilateral Bell’s palsey. Since that day the diagnosis changes every time I see a new Dr. .
Basically I live with a headache every day and have facial paralyses. My eyes don’t move , my mouth and lips don’t work , my vision ,hearing , speech , eating are all affected . Hi there i am sorry to hear about your experiance with bell palsy,i am also a sufferer,i had bells palsy last year in april,it's been 1 year now,i was pregnaut with my child,i had emergancy ceasren,after while i was in hospital i had blood infection that lead to very bad headaches,shoulder pain,i came home with medication,but the headache,shoulder pain got worse,i then went back to hospital and realised i had pins and needle in my face and it felt droopy and could not hold water in my mouth,the doctor said my BP was cery high i was admitted in hospital,next moring my legs gave way,i could not walk,my eye was not shutting i could not drink,the doctor said i had gullian bare syndrome,follewd by bells palsy on my face,i did not no what that was i was in hospital for 5 weeks i was paralzed i needed walking frame to walk i could not talk and my face was droopy,i was later given immuglobin the doctor said i would take me few years to get back to normal,but i did not give up,my body was getting better,and i could walk with cluthes and was on steriod and sent home,my face is getting better my speech has improve a lot and i have speech therpy,and pysio,and elcertic treatment which is could tens that simulate my dameged nerves,my right side of the face is still weak but getting better,the most part is my eyes they dry out and the seems always tried all the time,but keeps your hope up it will get better and it will take time you have to be patient,i used to hate people looking at me as my face did not move when i talk, i could not smile, but it has improve now,so have hope i did even i am only34 years old with 7 kids i have to live upto them and the blessing of god,take car and wish you the best
