Hello, Thank you for your story. I got bells palsy five days before I gave birth to my second son, which was about June 2008, and it has been almost eight months. I've experienced a roller coaster of emotions and have been badly wanting to meet others who have been coping with this (for a lack of a better word) disease. I'd say I'm about 60 percent healed. It's reassuring to hear that you are almost healed and that it has been over a year. I'm hopeful that I will see more signs of healing. Everytime I feel myself getting depressed about this, I always think that it could be worse and am thankful that I am healthy and can take care of my two sons. But there are days when I think "why me?" and "what did i do to deserve this?"
I was wondering what kinds of things did you try as far as treatment?
