My 16 yr old son had a viral infection which consisted of a high fever and severe headache for 6 days. After visiting the doctor and the Er ultimately, it passed. We went on vacation 6 days later and noticed he had “sun poisoning”. Well it progressed and a week after we got home his face on the left was numb. OK this is interesting. I am in my 4th week of BP, but i didn't have any cold/flu/virus etc. but i DiD get bad bad sunburn (might have even been sun poisoning) about 2 months before I came down with the BP. Just thought I would tell you, because I wouldn't have considered that as a factor!!!

I was just diagnosed today with BP. I have not had sun poisoning, however, I did have a viral inner ear infection in May of 2007. Just wondering how you both are doing with your recoveries?
