Bell's Palsy

Just woke up yesterday morning and went to brush my teeth. I went to spit it all came out on the right side of my mouth. My eye was bothering me the night before like I had something in it. But I didn’t. So I went to bed. Well the left side of my face is all droopy. I thought I had a stroke in my sleep. I was so scared.
