To whom it may concern

I am studying to become a beauty therapist and i would like to know if facial massage, aromatherapy, reflexology and acupuncture are a contraindication for Bell's palsy or are they benefical that is when the client comes for a beauty therapy and relaxation, i always send them to a neurologist first before i do anything, this is just so i know if i should touch them or not or wait till they are better.

thank you in advance

I think it is a good idea that you send individuals for a medical evaluation, as other conditions can appear similar to Bells palsy. There is not a contraindication to therapy you are describing, and I hope it helps your clients.
