I have read about Methylcobalamin vitB12 in the treatment of bells palsy although it is very expensive to buy.Does it actually work, and can i get it on presciption please.

I am not aware that there is scientific data that Vitamin B12 is indicated in the treatment of Bells palsy. You should see your doctor adn discuss treatment options.
