Need Advice and some Tips

Hello,

I had BP 7 month back now I am 80% recovered, eye was completely recovered, able to speak properly some time getting hit in flow, able to smile not much different. I would like to have some advise on how to move forward and what kind of measures i have to take care.

Typically, Bell's palsy can take several months to heal though amount of recovery varies. It looks like you've made substantial gains without spasms or faulty connections of the nerves to muscles. I assume your doctor checked for common causes, such as diabetes, thyroid disease, and Lyme if exposed. At this point, I would continue to monitor the progress. If there is no further improvement after about a year, you may have some permanent findings. Otherwise, I would look out for spasms on that side of the face. Botox can be helpful in those cases.
