I AM A DIABETIC AND ABOUT 5YEARS AGO I GOT VERY SICK AND HAD DOUBLE PNEUMONIA , SO I WAS BEING TRANSFERRED FROM FORT PAYNE , TO BIRMINGHAM AND THE AMBULANCE PEOPLE LET MY OXYGEN RUN LOW SO I SUFFERED 2 HEART ATTACKS AND THREE STROKES AND I DIED 2 TIMES AFTER THEY GOT ME TO BIRMINGHAM. NOW I GET BOTOX SHOTS IN MY LEGS FOR THE SPASITY IN MY LEGS. IT HURTS BUT IT DOES HELP WITH THE PAIN. AS A MATTER OF FACT I JUST WENT THIS PAST TUESDAY FOR BOTOX. SO JUST HANG IN THERE GIVE HER ALL THE SUPPORT SHE NEEDS AND GOOD LUCK
Re: sierraHi. I'm Carol, I too have been getting injections for the past 2 years.3 years ago I survived a ruptured brain aneurysm. 10 days later, a stroke. I had to re learn everything... from breathing, to walking. My problem remains in the walking, only due to the spatisity in my left foot, which causes my ankle to turn, which causes a great deal of problems walking correctly. When I first started getting the injections it seemed to be a miracle, as I first was hetting severe cramps in the arch of my foot also. those eventually went away. I'm still getting the ones that turn my foot, so I'm wondering if maybe my doc. was hitting the wrong muscle groups, or what??! any thoughts? I've had about 6 or so treatments already!!!
Sponsored LinksRe: sierraI was happy to hear that botox injection helps your daughter with her illness. YOu hear a lot of negative information about botox, but your story and the other two who responded to your story is proof that botox can and does help person with medical disabilities. Good luck to all of you and may God bless all of you!
