Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

New to Forum. The situation with my arm has gotten to the point of disrupting my life, so I'm here starting my search for help. I awaken in the middle of the night with pain in my right arm - tingling in fingers and lower arm and defenitely pain and tingling in my arm. Does not happen every night but once it does, my night is pretty much shot. Got to go to a recliner and try to sleep there.

I work out every day most weeks - treadmill 45 mnutes and weights 45 minutes. Most times I am in moderate pain after 10 minutes on the treadmill - lower back. Could THIS be the cause of the pain - lower back disk problems?
