Post Surgery Excercizes?

Post a new topicby nss on Sat Jul 12, 2008 7:03 pm

Sorry for the above spelling, I'm addicted to spellcheck!

Anyway, I had about 6 weeks ago Carpal tunnel sergery as well as Ulnar nerve re location surgery, ( same time)

While the sergeries have fully relived that horrid pain, and numbness and the pins and needles symptoms. BUT the use of the arm is still not there.

The wrist hurts when I try to lift anything, and the pain in the elbo when I try to lift anything is actually worse than before the sergery,

any suggestions?

Please e mail me a copy of your reply here, I tend to forget about these message boards.
