He suffered two strokes, a blood clot in his brain and a bleed in the back of his brain. Caiden was placed in a NICU for 3 weeks and was intubated for a week for severe respiratory distress. My son who is 16months has just been diagnosed with diplegia and im completely devestated, But you have given me hope that he will walk one day, He's an active boy with a high IQ he speaks loads can do everything a "normal" child can do except walk unless you put him in a walker and he's off to pull everything out of my cupboards and grab everything that he shouldn't, I just hope i can learn to be positive just like you and one day finally see my son walk because i feel he deserves that as he's so desperate to do it now, but just gets frustrated that he can't. inspirational story, I hope i can write one just like that oneday in the future and give someone else the hope you've just given me. THANKYOU kirstian wilton ,Thetford Norfolk England.
