Hi my name is VJ and i have Cerebral Palsy or C.P. for short. I have had this condition for 20 years now and it has shaped my life. Most people think i am bitter about what has happened but it is quite the opposite. I have seen this as just another challenge I must overcome. I played football and other sports in high school and have had a great life. Hello VP. Thanks for sharing your story. Recently I found out that my granddaughter, which is only 2 weeks old, has CP. Hearing this term terrfied me. I automatically assumed that she would be confined to a wheelchair all of her life. Hearing your story gave me some knowledge and encouragement on how to handle her situation.
