I have continual muscle movement in my legs and tremors in my hands and head. My neurologist today told me it was related to chronic intractable pain which is causing chronic anxiety.

I was recently told about spinal cord stimulators (SCS). I don't know if they would help for you, but if you haven't talked to your doctor about it you might want to if there is a possibility it could help. I'm still looking in to them and learning more everyday. People I have talked to about them report anywhere from a 20-30% reduction in pain to 90-99% reduction. I know they don't work for everyone, but just that possibility sparks my interest. If you want I can give you more information about it.

i think you should take generic ultram to trea chronic pain. use generic ultram (tramadol) to treat chronic pain. generic ultram is prescription drug that is used for treatment of severe chronic pain. Ultram is similar to narcotic pain reliever. Ultram drug work on certian type of nerves in brain to block pain. [moderator note: advertisement removed]

I have had two neurostimulators. The first one worked pretty well, giving me about 60 % relief, but I still needed narcotic meds. The battery ran down after 3 yrs because it was on 24/7. I had it removed and another one placed. It never worked right and I had it removed. The amount of relief you get is directly related to the ability of the surgeon to correctly place the electrodes at the spinal cord.
