What I am asking, does a person in a coma snore?
Does a person who has passed out snore?

Snoring is caused by a partial obstruction of the airway, so if assuming both the coma and passed out person is breathing it can happen. The problem they will both have is that they can not move to unobstruct their airway. So if the person is passed out from drugs or alcohol you should call 911 and assuming no injuries place the person on thier side while awaiting emergency medical care.
