My brother is in a coma , he fainted , or i heard he was hit on the head , he has a bump the size of a baseball, he had massive bleeding, which had stop , but inoperable. his
liver is damaged kidneys are o.k. he's breathing half on his own and on the respirator ,bile in his stomach, had his blood cleaned but he is not tolerating it, he is swollen his skin is so tight that its cracking and starting to bleed, they say that he is in a coma, can he hear me , he has 4 children his wife left him and he became homeless started drinking a lot which i believe cause his liver damage, doctors are telling us to pull the plug, the nurses are calling me to talk my nephew into talking him off life support, is my brother suffering , can he feel pain, please help me answer these questions for me. my brother doesn't have insurance and I'm thinking thats why they want him out of the hospital he is at st. frances hospital in lynwood calif in the icu depart. please if you know someone in the same situation please write back a.s.a.p. thank you, god bless valerie

sorry you r going through this let him go but here me out if doctors say theres no hope make him a donor just think about it if he could be saved by a donor how would you feel your brother has been saved by a donor and you have to think someone has lost a loved one to save him part of him will live on saving someone that has a chance if hes takin off life support and passes it could be god way of him saving another life

Please don't give up search the internet for solutions like the drug ambien I read today. My mother went in for surgery and 8 days later has not woke up, his vitals sound ok. Some wake up after over a decade. no insurance the hopital will have to get him medicare or right it off!!
