hi my names dustin i have the same problem as you except i was diagnosed after and injury at the first job i ever had when i was 18 now i am 24 youre doing well by getting follow ups as i wish i had done alot sooner. the best thing i have found that helps is osteo bi flex and tramadol non narcotic pain pills i take 6 pain pills a day and it helps me dramatically but the pain is still there. i dont know where it hurts but riding a bicycle machine helps your hips mine anyways and the back exercises should help but they always make me worse and you need a very good bed. hope this helps
