mass on kidney

I have been diagonosed with a mass 36 houndsfield unit CT density(pre contrast) and 43 to 49 housndfield unit CT density (post contrast) on my kidney. Being I am at the upper limit of the CT scanner can an accurate CT density analysis be obtained?
