Can someone pls help to interpret the following impression in lay person's english?

Impression:
1. No definite acute intracranial abnormality.
2. An old lacune in the right internal capsule/external capsule region.
3. Small adjacent area of bright signal in the right parietal white matter region probalby from focal gliosis from a new or old infarct possibly related to vasculitis or some unknown etiology. Please correlate clinically.
4. No focal enhanicing intracranial mass or leasion.

Basically we're talking about a negative scan. (depending on how old you are).
