Diagnostic Tests

I am scheduled for an MRI in a few days, as a result of feeling noticeable pressure against my left eye, from behind it. The eye has actually moved in position a bit, according to my eye doctor. I've also seen double vision a few times in the past month. There don't appear to be any signs of infection. I assume this can be caused by either a tumor or an aneurism. What other reasons could there be? Thank you.
