Dystonia? Stomach PainMy father has recently been diagnosed with dystonia in his stomach. He's been suffering for a couple years now. He was once a very, very active man who loved to walk, travel, ski, etc. Now his quality of life is absolutely suffering as he can't do any of these things now. I just had a baby and he's now worried that he'll never be able to play with him. He has been to every doctor under the sun and tried every treatment. Does anyone out there have this? Does anyone have suggestions for curing or easing the symptons? Maybe you're aware of a doctor who specializes in this? Thanks in advance.
Re: Dystonia? Stomach PainHas your father tried Botox? I understand botox has many medical uses especially for dystonia. It maybe worth a try to get your father back on track and to alleviate his pain. Good luck.
