25 YEARS LIVING WITH EPILEPSY

I was 18 years old when i had my first seizure,I found out that i had a extra blood vane,deep in my brian,and my brain trys to destroy it,that is what cause my seizure,the doctors put me on dilantin,400 mg daily it worked for many years,but in the last 4 years i have been having 4 to 5 seizures a week,i have tryed keppra,topamax and they got worse, so now iam back on dilantin. is anyone out there having simular problems

I am not in the same situation as you and am sorry to say that I don't have any good offerings but wanted to check back with you to see how things were going. I cannot imagine so many seizures in a week's time. There aren't any surgical alternatives available? Please post back.
