Epilepsy

my sister at the age of 11 had a brian hemorage resulting in her having to have several brain surgery operations leaving her with a plastic skull. she was then diganosed with eplipsey and was given medication to control this. she is now 22 and the last 8 months she has been having up to 20 siezures a day none epileptic (but how do they know).
