Lip Droop=Partial seizures?

All of this began in May when I had a lip droop and an eye droop. It was not Bell’s Palsy because I would also have duck lips or a twitching nose. I had no control over my face. It came back and my CT was fine. The only thing I had was a urinary tract infection and a strept infection but not strept throat. I'm assuming that you've had chest x-ray, Ct or MRI of the lung? It is not Horner's Syndrone? Good luck
