My so called pseudo seizures

Hi I too have non epileptic seizures, or so they say. Anyway, When I was attending college, the nurse made arrangments for me to go to be admitted into London University hospital to the Epileptic unit. I was there a full week. They finally diagnosed it as pseudo seizures

I too have pseudo seizures mixed with epilepitic activity. Medical people certainly do need to be enlightened on pseudo seizures. Mine are certainly real.
As for your parents,They must ask themselves why their child would "invent" this illness.? I mean why not a brain tumor, or cancer, or HIV. They are certainly more silent, long term diseases. I only mean to imply that my pseudo seizures are as real as any other disease and I would not have to pay outragous medical bills to get attention from my friends and family or cause myself to be in such pain from my muscles tightening up.
My advice to you would be to find a new doctor and a therapist. Both of these professionals should help you balance your life out and add value to your life, otherwise they are not the professionals for you. Good luck...:-)

hi my name gary ,i started having seizures when ,i was 15 yrs old in 1985 ,i had to take around 26 pills aday and it did not work. i had so mony test done but they could not find nouthing wrong at that time . i had to quit school because everyone said i needed to be in special ed . so i quit 1988 and i moved to richmond va . i found another doctor he work with me for 4yrs nothing worked i had him to sign me up in reseach program at another hospital in 1992 .they ran the mri and found a brain tumor on left side 2 by 2 ins. they ran a lot test on maping the area of the tumor it was very painful .but nov of 1992 they removed the tumor ,two weeks later i went back work . in 1996 i got married and went back school to take my ged test and pass it .in 2004 i had an mri done and nothing has came back .
