Epilepsy

I had my first seizure at age 27, 3 days after the birth of my first child. The doctors say genetic but I’m thinking morophin [morphine] epidural. I learned to live with the seizures for 18 years because the effects of Tegretol and Depakote were horrible. But at 46 and hormally challenged my seizures are much worse and I am now trying Lamictal…so now I have 2 reasons to cry. Can anyone share a similar story?
