Epilepsy

my daughter age 40 has epilepsy although it is some while since she had a "full" seizure
laterly...every couple of days she experiences an episode whereby she (always) first develops goose pimples then "goes off" in the sense that if left alone she will pass into unconsciousness...
if we get to her first and speak and make physical contact with her the episode ill almost always resolve without a loss of consciousness
she feels severely depressed for a short while thereafter..does any one have any experiences similar to this please?
