Essential Tremor

I am a 22 yr young man. I have suffered with severe anxiety and ocd since I was small. I always felt different inside and due to this I felt inadequate with myself. In my teens I expermented with pot which seemed to ease my anxiety Then I went on to other drugs trying everything.

Hi,
I'm a 27 year old female who has been shaking for about ten years now... It sucks I have tried Propranolo and that didn't help the only thing that does is a xanax and alcohol... This has effected my life in so many was. Its totally depressing and creates anxiety. I changed my job from a registered dental assistant to working at the front desk of a denta office. Working in peoples mouths with sharp instuments wasn't the right thing to do. My mom dad and two sisters all shake as well and it's not getting any better...
