Essential Tremor

I am 3rd generation famial tremor. Up to this point it has been relatively mild. However within the last couple of months it has progressed to the point where I have been told not to drive(makes sense I know but how to clip the wings) My knees start to weaken then my legs shake uncontrollably making walking difficult.
