I’ve been newly diagnosed with ET Before I was diagnosed, I didn’t know what it was and just tried to live with it. It first started to become noticable when I was 14 and I’m now 23. I regret not mentioning it to my doctor before because it first started in my left hand and has now spread to my right hand. I also have daily muscle spasms that can last a couple of minutes.
