My problem is I’m very sensative to meds. They make me extremely sick, or I break out in hives. And this is at very low doses. Now, I’m afraid to try anything.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I have just begun to attempt treatment and find the same...I am very sensitive to medication and had to stop after only a week.. Hardly enough time for most meds to even start working. I'm trying to find 'natural' approaches. Calming teas, etc. I am also trying to keep on working as I only have about a year and a half till retirement. This certainly has brought a major change into my plans for the rest of my life. Keep the Faith... I will too.
