Essential Tremor

I am 25 and 4 years ago diagnosed with ET but I have also suffered from what I try to explain to doctors as muscle spasm’s on the left side of my body. I have been threw four neurologist and each one pushing a different medicine on me. They try to tell me that it’s all in my head, that I am depressed, or to stressed out. I have tremors. I've had some spasms like that before. I hate having essential tremors don't know what else to say but it sucks a lot.
