Essential Tremor

Hello. I'm new here and have some questions. I think I have ET but my Neurologist does not seem to confident that I do. So...here are my symptoms. Maybe someone can help me.

My hands shake (like now, making this hard to type) my arms will shake, and here recently, my knees have started to buckle. And a few times my head shook but that was a while back. Oh, by the way, it is diffucult to drink sometimes without splashing.

My eyelids will blink rapidly and will sometimes force themselves shut. Also my face will twitch witch is annoying. My eyes will also roll up sometimes.

Any one else have these marvelous things or know if it is ET for sure?

You might consider petit mal seizure or absence seizures, good luck.

Wow. Did your neurologist send you for an MRI? In your place, I think I might try an alternate neurolgist because you seem to have a lot going on, and if your first doctor cannot "guess" what it is, perhaps another one needs to have a look. Take care, Peggy

GOODNESS!!!!//See someone else..I have had ET for over 20yrs and I dont ahve those symthoms except for the tremors. I knwo that ET can take many forms, but your symptoms sound liek more is going on than just ET
