Essential Tremor

My daughter started having tremors about 6 years ago, she was about 14 years old. At first it was mainly leg bouncing & some slight hand trembling after holding a pencil/pen for a long period of time. It has progressed to whole body tremors like a chill that runs down your spine, her hands hurt, sometimes with shooting pains (like electricity going) down her arms. We started out at a Neurologist, did a bunch of tests, he referred to a Genetisist (were some worries about an ataxia that runs in the family but nothing in the genes), then to another Neurologist. He pretty much decided that it was stress induced due to being molested (between 9/10), go for more counseling (she'd already been). He did have a carpal tunnel test run, negative, but that was all. I just took her to my Endocrinologist, he ran a whole bunch of blood tests, all withing normal ranges. We are at a loss as to where to turn to next.
