i want to believe it cures ET, yoga, but there is no cure. i have tried it all pretty much even homeopaths and naturopaths claims their practice cures et .. it doesn't.

Re: Whole body shakes:(i have et and its mostly my head and hand

[quote="Unicorn71"]Hi everyone,

I am wondering if anyone out there has the same problem I do with ET? Like all of you I have my good days and I have my bad days but lately my bad days seem to out weigh the good. I was diagnosed with ET in 2004 but my doctor says I have probably had it since childhood although I didn't really notice it. I have tremors from head to toe, the only thing that I don't have is tremor in my voice yet, but I figure it's just a matter of time for that too. I have to walk with a cane because my legs shake and I can't keep my balance and as far as depression if I wasn't on 200mgs of Zoloft I would have a serious case of depression. I also want to let you know that it may take me an hour or so to do the dishes but I am NOT going to let my ET get the best of me. So please if there is anyone that has whole body shakes let me know. Oh by the way as far as meds nothing has worked for me yet but my doctor is still searching. I have taken Inderal/Inderal LA, Primidone, seperately and when that didn't work I was taking them together only together they made tremors worse. I would appreciate some feedback thanks for reading.
Hugs to all
