my husband is in the army so we get moved about every 3 years. so who knows where we will end up next. Yes i have kids, 10 and 12. they help around the house with there dad and im also on depression meds because most of the meds i am on cause that as a side efffect. I play computer games to help me keep my mind off of the pain but sometimes i have to lay down. My husband also rubs my legs and arms when it gets really bad. i dont go out much at all cept to go to the doctors and sometimes my husband takes me out with him to shop but usually by the endd of it im ready for a bed lol. he is understanding. and ya they have no idea so we willall just have to suffer until they figure it out. in my mind it is a medical condition and not a mental one. I am not depressed never have been nor have i had any other mental disorders so they need to rethink there position on this. I also have a dog who bugs me until i go lay down when she knows ive over done it or im just in alot of pain. she isa pest about it LOL Well it is time for dinner here. so i gotta go , yall have a nice night

there is alot of people thinkin different medical treatments cause all sorts of things, they are looking for someone to blame and usually for someone to sue. To many are sue happy these days. Ive had so many mris and cat scans i should glow at night. But that was when i was alot younger. Dont worry about the tumor, they can usually tell if it is cancer or not by scans. I know I have had several. and I have had them all removed due to them causing me pain. Dont over do it. Stay on the couch all day if you need to. stress can make any type of pain alot worse. there is a yoga dvd out that is for people with fibro i am thinkin of getting it and seeing if it helps this summer. When I ma not in so much pain. I have a cold atm and i feel like dirt and to top it off i cant take anything for the cold due to the meds i am on. LOL so I have another dr appt next week for him to give me something for it. fun fun another med to add to my list of pills. you take it easy and dont try to over do it even if your feeling good that day. I have learned the hard way thats a good way to end up on the couch in so much pain. So take it easy and take care

Yes i have the same issue it is the meds. I talked to my doctor about it. and yes this is normal for us. The cold makes it worse. though the doctors dont agree or disagree with that . I didnt reply yerterday because I now have a cold on top of the fibro. and i had to get with my doctor to get meds i can take for it because i cant take any over the counter stuff. and i feel awful to say the least LOL body aches on top of fibro isnt fun at all let me tell you. Sitting dosent hurt me as long as i keep changing the position of my legs every so often. I am thinkin you have this alot worse then i do, yes i end up on the couch alot but it is usually after i push it too much when i am feeling good. like trying to clean the entire house in one day LOL I need to learn to do a lil at a time. but i still cant seem to get that threw my head. anyways i am going to go lay down and watch tv. and hope that these cold meds help ease the cold symptoms a lilat least. you have a nice day
