Still Living with Gillian Barre SyndromeI was 49 years old and just got married for the very first time. After just one month of marriage I came down with the flu, then my legs started going numb and the pain, all over my body, was unbearable. That’s when I got scared.

Cheryl,and everyone who suffers from Guilain Barre Syndrome,this illness is very frightning i dont have to say,it takes great courage to recovery and all the support you can get from family and friends,i suppose i,m very lucky in a sense, i had the Syndrome mildly 6 months ago and recovering with courage and positive for the future, good to here your story and that you are getting to recovery and survived with remarcable stregth. feel free to contact me at [moderator note: e-mail address has been removed]
