I am writting about my daughter, about a year ago she came down with what we thought was just a migraine ..well a year later and she is still going thru hell..she will get a piercing pain in the back of her eye that is so intense it makes her throw up..she gets double vision and the last time her eye drooped down.. we have had every test imaginable..MRI's(5)CT's (5) lumbar punctures(5)a tesslon test, cerebral angiogram, many regular labs, she has been on 19 different medications and we even went to Rochester, she was on steroids for quite awhile and now they dont even help anymore, my daughter is in such pain every day..I dont know what to next..the doctors tell her she is a medical mystery, (real nice) a year ago she was absolutley normal?? I dont get it..one doctor went as far as researching tolosa hunt syndrome..if anyone has any suggestions what to do next I would greatly appreciate it..she cant go on like this it is so hard..she is a wonderful girl and this is so unfortunate..she is in the pre med program at college and I told her maybe she could become a neurologist and figure it out herself...something has to work...all the tests say everything is normal, but going thru this everyday is not normal I dont care what the tests say.....
