Headache

im 15 and i have been haven a headache for almost 3months and i just started bleeding and im not on my period and i so scared i dont knw what to do or who to talk to and when i was bleeding everytime i would pea it would burn and i have a little bump on the the side of my Virginia and i have a bump in my mouth and i dont knw what to do and what i do when i have headaches i take 2 pms and i will go to sleep and wake up with a nother but it would be worst then the first one that i had .but now today im not bleeding nomore but i have yellow stuff commin out of me and it dont burn.
