Headache

I have suffered from headaches in the past. Nothing to be concerning really. Recently I have been getting substantial pain in one very specific (less than 1 square inch) area. It is on the top about the middle right side. If I cause pressure (such as when straining or using the toilet) it happens or just occasionally. I noticed it more when I was riding in a car but that may have been due to not being busy. When it is hurting i can press on it and it will hurt more. It is not constant and when it comes it can become rather painful. I am worried of course it may be an anurism or something coming on but I know nothing about this so .... help me please!
