Hemifacial Spasm

Its now three weeks since my MVD surgery for left side HFS. My eye still twitches but it is much better. My face and smile are more symmetrical. When my eye does twitch there is no pull on my mouth. I still have diminished hearing on my left side and a fuzzy type of feedback. My balance is improving. I ride my scooter but still have to take it easy.

Best wishes for continued improvement in your spasms and other symptoms. Spasms can often take weeks or months to disappear, so don't lose hope. I hope your balance improves, too. The "water in the ear" hearing is common, it will fade, too.
