Hemifacial Spasm

Hey, I'm a 27 year old female and haven been having lip spasms in the upper left side of my lip for the past two weeks. Its very slight though and everyone have said they don't see it when it happens, when it does happen it only lasts for 1-2 seconds. I have been trying to figure out what it is and this is the closest thing I have narrowed it down too. Does anyone know if this is how it starts out? Or perhaps what else it might be? I have been under a tremendous amount of stress lately and have just atrributed it to that but I want to be sure. Any info anyone can give me what be greatly appreciated!
