My brother has HD and is in a nursing home (only 58 yrs old). I go weekly to shave him, manicure, brush his teeth, etc. He went from living alone, driving, shopping, etc to the hospital, and nursing home. He is incontenent, refuses to get out of bed now and just started to refuse to eat. He has dificulty swallowing, movements, etc. My sister and I both go visit him on different days.
